Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is now available through the Hanover Roasting Co. Ethiopia is the birth place of arabica coffee and quite possibly the origin of the term “coffee bean” as well. The local term for the crop was and still is “kaffa bun”. This is among the finest of Ethiopian coffees.

This exceptionally well balanced cup contains intensely bright floral notes with a long sweet aftertaste. You will notice a rich, very smooth mellow body. Quite simply put, this is one fantastic cup of coffee!
