Our big bold Sumatra offering is back. This is a big, full bodied coffee with an undertone of dark chocolate. The dry grounds have a chocolate custard sweetness. The wet aroma has a bit of a butterscotch and molasses sweetness. The cup has rich and layered chocolate taste with moderate brightness and thick body. The finish has a slight Bakers Chocolate quality to it. There’s a clove spice note that emerges as the cup cools; very nice!
